Came across this exceptionally cool piece by installation artist Bruce Monroe yesterday.
Field of Light was inspired by Australia's red desert, the Uluru – "[it] had an incredible feeling of energy; ideas seemed to radiate from it along with the heat" – and I find its sense of space strangely calming and serenely beautiful. I think our little garden in the Cotswolds should be prepared for a little DIY lighting project...
